This is my first posting on this blog, on this first post I want to discuss about save batteries on your BlackBerry handheld all, hopefully these tips can be useful for you all. well enough Down to brass tacks, the following tips:
- Set the backlight brightness & backlight timeout blackberry (BB) you, to set the backlight brightness & backlight timeout is enter options and select screen / keyboard, then look for backlight brightness control from 100 to 10, and change the backlight timeout to 10 sec.
- You can also turn off the LED coverage indicator and keypad tones, how to enter the option then screen / keyboard and change the LED coverage indicator and the keypad tone to off.
- Customize your applications running on the home screen, for example uber social, YM, chat for facebook, etc.. sure to always exit when not used.
- If you have a lot of BBM group and the group are very active, each notification of the group are also affecting your battery, turn off the notification that group. to set the notification group, go to the group are, press BB symbol then select the view group details, scroll down and select yes to turn off all notifications for this group.
- Turn off all Connection if not used, such as wifi and bluetooth.
